- 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Roll each mozzarella stick in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Lightly spray the mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For best results, freeze the coated mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes before air frying to prevent the cheese from melting too quickly.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
