- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup ketchup for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan that fits in your air fryer or shape into a loaf and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, spread the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For added flavor, you can mix in chopped vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Make sure to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it’s fully cooked.
