- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Spread ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
