Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spread ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
