Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until meatballs reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- For crispier meatballs, lightly spray with oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
