Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until meatballs reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
