- 2 pieces 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and zucchini to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and arrange the vegetables around them.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken, which should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
