  • 1 cup 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and zucchini to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and arrange the vegetables around them.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the chicken, which should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
