Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken lightly with flour.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- For extra crispiness, lightly spray chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
