- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: bell peppers and onions for roasting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sausages with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- If using, slice bell peppers and onions and add them to the bowl, tossing to coat with the same seasonings.
- Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between for air circulation.
- If using, add the seasoned vegetables around the sausages.
- Cook for 9-12 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through cooking, until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
- Remove the sausages and vegetables from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the sausages.
- For extra crispiness, you can increase the temperature to 400°F (204°C) for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread, in a sandwich, or alongside pasta.
