- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix minced garlic, parmesan, and parsley in a bowl.
- Toss cooked fries with garlic parmesan mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut fries evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
