Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the steak pieces and toss to coat.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
