- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, toss the halved potatoes with melted butter and minced garlic.
- Add the steak and potato mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
