Description
This air fryer garlic bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, bursting with garlic flavor. Perfect as a side or a snack!

- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
- Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. You may need to cut them into smaller pieces depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the garlic bread for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Italian seasoning to the garlic butter mixture.
- You can use store-bought garlic butter to save time.
- Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the bread and your air fryer model.
