Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes (optional).
  2. Cut into even 1/4-inch thick fries.
  3. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
  5. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  7. Cook in a single layer for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway.
  8. Check for crispness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
  9. Serve immediately.
