Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is coarse.
  4. Add flour and pulse until combined.
  5. Form small balls or patties with your hands.
  6. Brush each falafel with olive oil.
  7. Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
