  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. In another shallow dish, add flour. In a third dish, place the beaten egg. In a fourth dish, add the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each cube steak in the flour, shaking off excess. Then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Lightly spray both sides of the breaded cube steaks with cooking spray.
  6. Place the cube steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the steaks are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
  8. Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
