  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken thighs, making sure they are fully submerged. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a shallow dish, add the flour. Remove chicken from buttermilk, shaking off excess, and dredge in the flour, pressing lightly to adhere.
