- 1 boneless chicken breast (150g)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 burger bun
- Lettuce and tomato (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the chicken breast in flour, then in the beaten egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Toast the burger bun in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce.

- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with oil before cooking.
