Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut asparagus into 3-inch pieces.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat asparagus pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
