Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently fold the ingredients together, being careful not to overmix.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to help it hold its shape.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Form the chilled mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook the crab cakes in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the crab cakes from the air fryer and serve immediately.
