Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Remove the pan and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
