- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a piece of parchment paper, forming small balls.
- Place the parchment paper with the cookie balls into the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
