  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the spice mixture over both sides of each cod fillet.
  4. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the cod fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the cod from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice.
