Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture over both sides of each cod fillet.
- Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the cod fillets in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the cod from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
