  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the coconut mixture.
  4. Dip each shrimp first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the coconut mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
