Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs; mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe churros into the air fryer basket, cut to desired length.
  7. Spray churros with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  10. Roll churros in cinnamon sugar while warm.
