Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vegetable oil until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Pipe churros into air fryer basket, cutting to desired length.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
