Crispy and delicious churros made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and vegetable oil until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into air fryer basket, cutting to desired length.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
