- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin-side down in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- For extra crispy skin, you can pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels before seasoning.
