Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
