- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko mixed with spices.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko.
- Place the coated tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
