Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the chicken tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Ensure the chicken tenders are cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
