Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray with cooking oil before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
