Crispy and tender chicken tenders made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray a bit more oil before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
