Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large sweet potato, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss sweet potato wedges with ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, and ½ tsp salt.
  3. Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a bowl, coat chicken breasts with remaining olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add chicken to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Add broccoli to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Check chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.
