- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large sweet potato, cut into wedges
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss sweet potato wedges with ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, and ½ tsp salt.
- Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a bowl, coat chicken breasts with remaining olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add broccoli to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Check chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.
Notes
- Cut sweet potatoes evenly for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
