Description

Crispy air fryer chicken paired with roasted garlic potatoes and sweet corn on the cob for a simple, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 ears of corn, husked

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Toss potatoes with minced garlic and melted butter.
  5. Add potatoes to the air fryer basket around the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add corn to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  7. Check chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Cut potatoes in even sizes for uniform cooking.
