- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the chicken with a little cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste with herbs or spices you enjoy.
- Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
