- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Beat egg in another shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Cook 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
