  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  7. Add potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
