Delicious and juicy chicken kabobs made effortlessly in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend barbecue!

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes prior)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference, such as zucchini, cherry tomatoes, or mushrooms.
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in advance for 30 minutes to overnight.
