Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets of even thickness.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Coat each chicken cutlet first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place the coated chicken cutlets in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  9. Spray the tops of the cutlets lightly with cooking spray.
  10. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
