- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets of even thickness.
- In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken cutlet first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated chicken cutlets in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the cutlets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
