Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the chicken rolls with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the exterior is crispy.
