Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with cheddar cheese and broccoli, cooked crispy in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  2. Mix cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff mixture into chicken pockets.
  4. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Cook chicken for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve hot.
