- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff mixture into chicken pockets.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook chicken for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use thick chicken breasts for easier stuffing.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 3 minutes before slicing.
