Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
