Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the chicken fillets with olive oil.
  5. Coat both sides of the chicken with the spice mix.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
