- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the chicken fillets with olive oil.
- Coat both sides of the chicken with the spice mix.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying.
- Serve with a side of ranch or yogurt dip.
