Quick and easy air fryer burgers that are juicy and full of flavor. Perfect for a fast meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook another 4-6 minutes until done.
  6. Toast buns in the air fryer for 1 minute if desired.
  7. Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

  • For cheeseburgers, add a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
