Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
