Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until just combined; be careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
