Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices Cheese slices (optional)
  • 4 Burger buns
  • to taste Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C for medium).
  6. If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
  7. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve on burger buns.
