Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices Cheese slices (optional)
- 4 Burger buns
- to taste Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C for medium).
- If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve on burger buns.
Notes
- For a leaner option, use ground turkey or chicken.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste.
- Make sure to preheat the air fryer for the best results.
