Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Arrange coated florets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix hot sauce and butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
- Air fry for another 3 minutes.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray florets lightly with oil before air frying.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
