- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.

- For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, consider increasing the cooking time by a few minutes, checking frequently to prevent burning.
