  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
