- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking pan, smoothing the top.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
- For extra flavor, add nuts or your favorite mix-ins.
