Quick and easy air fryer breakfast burritos filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice of veggies or meat.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked. Stir in cheese, sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
- Lay out each tortilla and add an equal portion of the egg mixture to the center of each.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the burritos are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.
