Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • For gluten-free, substitute with almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
