Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the beet wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until evenly coated.
  3. Place the beets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
