Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the beet wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until evenly coated.
- Place the beets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the beets for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove the beets from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
